We just need a new way.&#13;<br \/>\n &#13;<br \/>\nIn fact, there are many reasons to be optimistic about the future, says former Wall Street powerhouse-turned-entrepreneur Sallie Krawcheck.  That\u2019s because the business world is changing fast \u2013driven largely by technology \u2013 and it\u2019s changing in ways that give us more power and opportunities than ever\u2026and even more than we yet realize.  &#13;<br \/>\n &#13;<br \/>\nSuccess for professional women will no longer be about trying to compete at the men\u2019s version of the game, she says. And it will no longer be about contorting ourselves to men\u2019s expectations of how powerful people behave. Instead, it\u2019s about embracing and investing in our innate strengths as women \u2013 and bringing them proudly and unapologetically, to work.&#13;<br \/>\n &#13;<br \/>\nWhen we do, she says, we gain the power to advance in our careers in more natural ways.
